What’s the itinerary?

The couple will be available from the 17th to the 20th.

Our current timeline is:

Tuesday, October 17 2023: Grace’s Birthday! Plan for this day TBD

Wednesday, October 18 2023: AM group gathering for any wedding guests(details TBD); PM Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner for family (+ Julie Diamond’s Birthday!)

Thursday, October 19 2023: Ceremony at 4 PM and Reception to follow. Location is all at the Chapel at FS Oahu.

Friday, October 20 2023: Evening group gathering for any wedding guests. We will be meeting at the Adult Infinity Pool deck of FS Oahu for a 8:15-9:15 PM Stargazing tour from Greg of Stars Above Hawaii. More information on the activity at https://starsabovehawaii.com/.

How do I get there?

Our wedding venue is located on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is 20 miles from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.

If a direct flight is a higher price than desired, try booking a leg to a West Coast hub like Seattle, San Francisco or Los Angeles, and then booking a separate leg to Honolulu.

Where should I stay?

We understand that this is a luxury option and we want to assure that there is no expectation to stay on property for the celebration. The section below details our courtesy rates with the Four Seasons Resort Oahu.

Outside of the Four Seasons, we recommend looking at the Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club, at hotels in nearby Kapolei, and looking for home rentals with whatever provider you trust. What is the wedding block or courtesy rates deal with the venue?

We've secured a courtesy rate discount at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. This is not a wedding room block.

The resort asks our guests to contact our reservations department either by email at reservations.oahu@fourseasons.com  or by phone at +1-808-679-0079 to reserve rooms. Individuals must indicate their group affiliation with the Grace Chang and Gregory Diamond Wedding when making reservations or the applicable special discount may not be extended. The reservations office hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 5:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday & Sunday from 6:00am – 6:00pm Hawaii Time. 

The offer: 35% discount off of our best available rates at the time of request for you both, along with your family & friends based on availability over the dates of October 16-23, 2023. Please note that no rooms are being held out of inventory. Rooms and rates are based on availability at the time of request. Although rooms may be available, they may not be available at the discounted rate and the hotel’s existing room rates would prevail. Rates are net, and non-commissionable.

CHECK OUT/CHECK IN: 

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

PARKING CHARGES: 

Valet overnight parking is available at a rate of $48.00 per vehicle, per day. 

RESERVATIONS: 

Individuals will make room reservations by calling the Hotel directly at 808-679-0079 or through email to reservations.oahu@fourseasons.com. Our reservations office hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am – 8:00pm HST and Saturday & Sunday from 6:00am-6:00pm HST. Individuals must indicate their group affiliation with the Grace Chang and Gregory Diamond Wedding when making reservations or the applicable special rates may not be extended.   

GUEST BILLING ARRANGEMENTS: 

Individual guests will each be responsible for their Room, tax and incidental charges. Any no-shows or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax for guests that only reserved one night or two nights room and tax to the individual guests' credit card for stays of two or more nights.
